Hit-and-run incidences should not be taken lightly. Fleeing the scene of a crash site is considered a cowardly, criminal act that can result in severe punishment. Based on this information, the driver of the Chevrolet will be held accountable for causing an accident that led to injuries. Furthermore, this individual may face charges for an alleged DUI case.
Depending on the final results of the case, the non-guilty injured victim will have the legal right to file a personal injury lawsuit against the guilty party. By seeking legal assistance, this individual can receive compensation for a variety of issues including medical bills, vehicle insurance, and painful injuries.
