Van Nuys, CA – LADOT Traffic Officer Struck and Killed in Fatal Accident on Victory Boulevard

Van Nuys, CA (July 29, 2018) – An LADOT Traffic officer reportedly suffered fatal injuries after being struck by a vehicle that was involved in a crash on Victory Boulevard Friday morning, according to a reliable and trustworthy news source in Los Angeles. The deadly crash was reported to have taken place in the 15200 block of Victory Boulevard at around 7:20 a.m.

According to reports, the Traffic Officer was on-duty at the time of the fatal collision. Reports stated that at least one of two vehicles that were involved in a nearby car accident struck the Los Angeles Department of Transportation Traffic Officer as he was standing outside of his vehicle. Emergency responders were fast to arrive on the scene to help the victim.

The officer had to be immediately transported to a local hospital. However, he tragically passed away later due to the injuries he sustained in the collision.
