Victorville, CA – Alyssa Dominguez and 3 Injured in Traffic Accident on Hwy 395

Victorville, CA (May 23, 2019) – On the evening of May 20^th, a traffic accident happened on Highway 395, near Sycamore Street. A 1990 Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling north on Highway 395 as a 2003 silver Toyota Camry was taking the Sycamore exit. As the Camry tried turning onto the highway, it crashed with the pickup truck. The impact of the collision caused the truck to roll over about six times before coming to a stop.

When the paramedics and the Victorville City Fire Department arrived at the scene, they found the driver of the pickup truck pinned inside. They quickly removed the driver and had her airlifted to the nearest hospital for a neck injury, a large hematoma on her scalp, a fractured wrist, and pain throughout her body. She has been identified as Alyssa Dominguez. Her brother was also taken to the nearest hospital via ground ambulance. The two occupants inside of the Camry were also taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Investigators are currently working to determine fault.
