Victorville, CA – Three People Injured after Two-Vehicle Traffic Accident on Amargosa Road near Bear Valley Road

Victorville, CA (August 13, 2018) – A local news source reported that three people were injured as the result of a traffic accident involving two vehicles that took place along Amargosa Road, in the vicinity of Bear Valley Road. Authorities first logged the crash at 4:34 PM in the afternoon on Sunday, August 12, 2018. At this time, no detailed information concerning the woman, the two men, and three young children involved in the crash has been revealed at this time.

Based on the initial documentation, a man was driving a black 2017 Chevy Spark along Amargosa Road at the same time a red 2017 Hyundai Elantra, occupied by a family of five, was heading down the same route. At some point, for indeterminate reasons, the Chevy slammed into the rear end of the Hyundai.

Sometime later, medical personnel brought the mother and one of her children to Loma Linda Medical Center.

Meanwhile, the Chevy driver was transported via air ambulance to a nearby trauma center, where he received treatment for injuries of an unspecified nature.

At this time, the Victorville Police Department has assumed authority over the ongoing investigation. As more evidence continues to surface, more information will be released to public sources.

We extend our most heartfelt prayers and our most loving thoughts to the victims of the crash and wish them swift and efficient recoveries from their injuries.

Two-Vehicle Traffic Accident in San Bernardino County

Given the circumstances, officials have not yet determined why the Chevy rear-ended the Hyundai. As the investigation continues, officials will consider if alcohol, drugs, negligence, recklessness, or distracted driving played any role in the events leading up to the crash. Likewise, forensic teams will inspect the Chevy and the Hyundai and examine photos of the crash site to determine if one or both drivers had experienced mechanical issues or system failure.

The non-guilty injured victims may have the right to file a personal injury lawsuit against the guilty party, pending the results of the investigation. By seeking the assistance of a professional lawyer, these individuals can ultimately receive compensation for multiple inconveniences ranging from medical bills to painful injuries.
