Visalia, CA – Woman Injured After SUV Crashes Into Her Home on Cecil Street
Visalia, CA (February 28, 2019) – On the 24th of February, a DUI accident happened at the intersection of Cecil Street and Stover Avenue. According to the reports, a 59-year-old drunk driver crashed his SUV into a woman’s home around 3:00 p.m. The impact of the accident caused the SUV to pin the woman against her wall.
One of her neighbors rushed to the scene to help her as they waited for the paramedics to arrive. She was then transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment. A small fire also resulted from the crash, which the woman’s neighbors helped put out.
Even though the police found drugs in the impaired driver’s car and arrested him, the accident is still under investigation.
