Vista, CA – Major Injuries Sustained in Highway 78 Car Accident near Sycamore Avenue
Vista, CA – (November 11, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a traffic collision that happened Saturday evening on a highway in Vista. Authorities said the accident happened at approximately 6:40 pm on Highway 78 near Sycamore Avenue.
According to the initial report, two unidentified vehicles were approaching Sycamore Avenue while driving on Highway 78 when they violently collided into each other causing one of them to overturn onto its roof. Responding firefighters arrived at the scene of the accident shortly after it occurred and rushed an unspecified number of individuals to a local hospital to treat major injuries.
