Waterford, CA (July 26, 2018) – Local authorities have provided new details about the young boy who died after a fatal bicycle accident that took place in the vicinity of Tim Bell Road and Yosemite Boulevard (Highway 132). The incident occurred at some point in the evening on Tuesday, July 24, 2018. Officials identified the deceased victim as 9-year old Johnny Davis, a local from Waterford.
