Westminster, CA – Hoang Tran Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Beach Blvd

Westminster, CA (June 10, 2019) On the early morning of June 9^th, a fatal pedestrian accident happened at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Washington Avenue. A vehicle struck a 62-year-old man named Hoang Tran at around 4:20 a.m. The accident happened near the Westminster Memorial Park Mortuary. A second car is believed to also have struck the man shortly after.

When the ambulance arrived to help, they found Tran lying on the ground suffering from major injuries. Unfortunately, he died before he was taken to the hospital.

The police are investigating the accident to determine why the driver struck the man.
