Whittier, CA – Rito Moreno-Martinez Arrested for DUI After Pedestrian Accident on Broadway

Whittier, CA (August 13, 2018) – A 71-year-old man was sadly struck and critically injured by a motor vehicle that was reported to have been operated by a DUI driver Monday afternoon on Broadway in Whittier, according to a local and trustworthy news source.
