Woodside, CA- Motorcyclist Injured at Woodside and LaHonda Rds.
Woodside, CA (April 24, 2019)- A motorcyclist received major injuries following an April 19 accident at Woodside Road (Highway 84) and La Honda Road in Woodside.
The crash took place at approximately 11:16 am when a 10-wheel dump truck hit the motorcycle for reasons unknown. Paramedics responded to the crash site where the motorcyclist was lying in the road after sustaining a leg injury and other major injuries.
The victim’s injuries required transportation by air ambulance to Stanford Hospital. Their name and current condition are not known.
The truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with officials.
The California Highway Patrol has opened an investigation into the crash.
