Vehicle Accidents in California
Studies show that out of the 6 million vehicle accidents that occur every year in the United States, 40 percent of them are rear-end accidents. Rear-end accidents happen when drivers are driving too close behind a vehicle or driving too fast. Distracted driving is a huge contributing factor to rear-end accidents as well.
The police are investigating this accident to determine if any of these factors played a role in this collision. Once they conclude their findings, personal injury lawsuits may get filed with the help of a California personal injury attorney.
