Pedestrian Accidents in California
In 2015, about 129,000 pedestrians sustained injuries after being hit by vehicles. Drunk drivers are more prone to hitting pedestrians, especially in the evening, because they’re not in their right state of mind. They’re driving with blurry vision, which means they’re not able to accurately see if pedestrians are in front of them. They’re also not able to suddenly brake in the event that a pedestrian is crossing the street, which puts pedestrians at risk of being seriously hurt.
At Brady Law Group, we are constantly working on behalf of our injured clients to help them win their personal injury lawsuits against drunk drivers, especially if they were hit by drunk drivers. If you or someone you love was hurt in a pedestrian accident, call our office today for a free consultation at 866-478-6483.
