Pedestrian Accidents in California
On average, every 7 minutes a pedestrian suffers injuries after being struck by a vehicle in the United States. Fortunately, the California personal injury law is designed to protect those who received injuries caused by negligence, recklessness, or the inaction of witnesses. Injured victims could suffer anywhere from a month to a lifetime, which is why it’s important for them to file personal injury lawsuits to help cover current and future medical expenses.
Rodriguez’ family should seek legal representation immediately to help them start gathering all of the necessary facts and evidence to prove their negligence claim. The police are still investigating the accident, but there’s a chance that all four occupants in the vehicle could be held liable along with the man that pushed him in the street.
