We send our condolences to Albert family as we know it’s never easy to lose a loved one in an accident that could have potentially been avoided.
Pedestrian Accidents in California
Despite California laws designed to protect pedestrians from getting hit by vehicles, drivers still fail to abide by such laws due to negligent driving. Even though one of the California laws requires drivers to yield or stop as they approach pedestrians, most drivers are on their cell phones, under the influence, fatigued, or distracted, which causes them to still seriously injure or kill pedestrians.
Once the police get to the bottom of why the driver failed to see Albert, it’s possible that Albert’s family may be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of a California wrongful death attorney.
