Berkeley, CA – 1 Injured in Bicycle Crash on Ninth Street

Berkeley, CA (May 1, 2019) On the morning of May 1^st, a bicycle crash happened at the intersection of Ninth Street and Cedar Street. A vehicle struck a bicycle near San Pablo Avenue at about 8:00 a.m. When the paramedics got to the scene, they immediately tended to the bicyclist for unspecified injuries.

Crews shut down the roadway between Eighth Street and Tenth Street as they cleaned up the accident and investigated the scene.

Authorities are still investigating to determine what caused the vehicle to strike the bicyclist.
