Pedestrian Accidents in California
In 2018, about 250 more pedestrians lost their lives after being hit by vehicles in 2018 than in 2017. Sadly, most pedestrian accidents happen when drivers are distracted on the road. Distractions include texting, falling asleep at the wheel, chatting with passengers, fixing hair, touching up makeup, and more. Because pedestrians aren’t protected, they are more susceptible to getting serious injuries that could leave them paralyzed or take their lives. People who have been hit by vehicles should immediately follow up with an experienced personal injury lawyer.
At Brady Law Firm, we are constantly working on behalf of our clients to help them win their personal injury lawsuits and retrieve funds to assist them with all of their injuries and more.
