Pedestrian Accidents in California
According to recent studies, the leading cause of pedestrian accidents is driver’s inattentiveness, confusion, or aggressiveness. Other causes include speeding, violating traffic laws, and driving under the influence. To prevent the death of so many pedestrian accidents, California laws have been established to protect pedestrians on the roads. Unfortunately, some pedestrians put themselves at risk when they choose to walk in the street outside of a marked crosswalk when cars are approaching. Nonetheless, for families who have lost loved ones in pedestrian accidents, it’s important to hire a California wrongful death attorney to help file a wrongful death lawsuit.
At Brady Law Group, we specialize in wrongful death lawsuits even though these types of claims are complex.
