Pedestrian Accident in California
Unfortunately, approximately 4,743 pedestrians sustained fatal injuries nationwide in 2012. Whenever pedestrians are run over by vehicles before the sunrises, it’s usually due to drivers being fatigued, drunk, or in a rush. Sometimes drivers are on their phones while they cross intersections and don’t see pedestrians crossing the street. That’s why the state government requires all drivers to fully focus on the roads in order to ensure the safety of all pedestrians.
