Fresno, CA – Cera Bowman Dies in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Highway 99

Fresno, CA (January 23, 2019) O the morning of January 21^st, a fatal pedestrian accident happened on the northbound Highway 99 near the Olive Avenue off ramp. According to the reports, a vehicle struck a 33-year-old woman named Cera Bowman in the middle of the highway. A witness spotted Bowman before she got hit and called 9-1-1 right before the accident happened. After the driver stuck her, the driver turned around to check to see if she was okay.

When emergency crews arrived, they found Bowman dead at the scene. Fortunately, the driver responsible remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities as they investigated. The driver insisted to not have seen Bowman on the highway prior to striking her.
