When Pedestrian Accidents Happen
When a driver hits a pedestrian, the driver is expected to remain at the scene of the crash. When officials arrive, the driver should answer questions thoroughly and cooperatively. A driver who does not stay at the scene, or who leaves before officials arrive, could be guilty of a hit-and-run accident.
