Los Angeles, CA – Train Collision Kills 1 person Near Soledad Canyon Rd. and Reuther Ave.
Los Angeles, CA (March 20, 2019) – A Union Pacific freight train hit a pedestrian on the tracks near Soledad Canyon Road and Ruether Avenue in the early morning hours of Wednesday morning, March 20th.
According to reports from authorities, the pedestrian’s injuries were catastrophic in nature. He succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. The reason the victim was on the train tracks is currently unknown. Their identity was not stated in the report.
Authorities have begun an investigation into the crash.
