Passengers Injured or Killed in California Crashes
When a speeding driver crashes, the impact may be calamitous for the passengers inside the vehicle. Occupants may receive head-injuries or other serious bodily injuries due to the driver’s negligence.
A case in which you’re hurt as a passenger in a speeding vehicle could be more complex than a case in which a driver in a separate vehicle hurts you. It’s possible that the driver of your vehicle (or the vehicle in which your family member was killed) may be held liable for the crash as well as subsequent medical bills and lost wages.
