Mission Viejo, CA – Pedestrian Accident on Jamboree Road Leads to Injuries

Mission Viejo, CA (February 13, 2019) – Police responded to a pedestrian accident that took place on Jamboree Road on Tuesday to find that one person received injuries.

The pedestrian had been walking in the 25800 Block of Jamboree Road at the time of the accident. Local diners were outside at a restaurant when, for reasons that are not yet known, a white sedan went up over the sidewalk. Along with destroying a cement trash enclosure and causing damage to the restaurant, the pedestrian was also struck. The pedestrian received injuries and was taken to the hospital, but they are expected to recover.

The sedan was badly damaged due to the crash. Neither the driver’s nor the pedestrian’s identities have been released. An investigation into the accident continues at this time.
