Pedestrian Accidents in California
Many pedestrian accidents take place at the hands of drivers who were not looking out for their well-being. Hit-and-run pedestrian accidents occur when drivers know that they were partaking in negligent actions and do not want to face the consequences. Perhaps a driver was drinking and driving at the time or they were driving without a license and did not want to face the fact that they could now be suffering criminal penalties due to the accident. In any event, if you have been involved in a pedestrian accident and received serious injuries, it is imperative to know your rights.
