Morgan Hill, CA- Deadly Pedestrian Accident on Monterey Rd Near E. Middle Ave

Morgan Hill, CA (June 26, 2019)- According to authorities, a crash at approximately 10:26 pm on Tuesday left a pedestrian dead on Monterey Road near East Middle Avenue.

The victim was found lying in Monterey Road’s northbound lanes. He was taken to Regional Medical Center, where he passed away. His name has not been released, pending family notification.

The vehicle driver stayed at the crash scene and cooperated with authorities. At this time, neither speed nor substances are thought to be involved in the cause of the crash.

An investigation is ongoing.
