Napa, CA – Brian Sean Greggi Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Highway 29

Napa, CA (February 3, 2019) – On Wednesday night, one man identified as 51-year-old Brian Sean Greggi of Napa was struck and killed in a fatal pedestrian crash on Highway 29. The crash happened around 6:25 p.m.

At the time, a vehicle struck the man when he was walking in the northbound lanes near Trower Avenue because he was attempting to cross the street.  When he got to the right lane, he was instantly struck by the vehicle.

The driver and other witnesses stopped at the scene of the accident and called paramedics, who attempted to save the pedestrian’s life. However, they were unable to do so and he tragically succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene of the crash.

The driver cooperated with police while they shut down the roadway and investigated the accident in full. The investigation continues at this time.
