Aviation Accidents in California
Recent studies show that the odds of dying or suffering from injuries in a plane crash are rare seeing as the ratio is one out of every 1.2 million flights, making riding an airplane the safest mode of transportation. Although rare, there are instances when employees fail to check faulty equipment or fail to perform proper maintenance. Other causes include hazardous weather conditions or crashing with objects in the sky.
Once investigators determine what caused this accident, it’s possible that a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit will be filed.
