Paso Robles, CA – Alan Kulscar Killed in Train Accident on Spring Street

Paso Robles, CA (February 8, 2019) – Alan Kulscar was identified as the man who was struck and killed in a serious train accident that took place on Spring Street.

Police arrived at the scene around 5:15 p.m. to find that the 48-year-old had been struck by a train in Paso Robles. At the time, Kulscar had been walking southbound on the train tracks when an Amtrak Coast Starlight train suddenly came through the area and struck him.

By the time that paramedics were called to the scene of the accident, they said that Kulscar had tragically passed away.

The Paso Robles Police are further investigating the crash.
