Sacramento, CA – Woman Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Stockton Boulevard
Sacramento, CA (March 19, 2019) – On the morning of March 19th, a fatal pedestrian accident happened at the intersection of Stockton Boulevard and Mack Road. According to the reports, a woman was crossing Stockton Boulevard around 5:00 a.m. when a vehicle hit her.
When the paramedics arrived, they transported her to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and treatment. Unfortunately, she did not survive her injuries.
The driver responsible for striking her remained at the scene and cooperated with the police as they investigated and cleared the accident. They are working to figure out who had the right of way and whether the woman was walking within a marked crosswalk. So far, they do not suspect that drugs and alcohol played a role in this fatal accident.
