San Bernadino, CA – Joseph Chastain Fatally Struck at Lakewood Dr. and Kendall Dr.

San Bernadino, CA (May 5, 2019) – A pedestrian accident occurred on May 1^st just after 8 p.m., that took the life of 39-year-old San Bernadino resident identified as Joseph Chastain.

California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of this fatal accident.  According to CHP officers, the crash around 8:08 p.m. on Lakewood Drive North in San Bernadino.

Chastain suffered injuries due to the impact of the collision and emergency responders were called to the scene to render aid. He was transported to Community Hospital of San Bernardino’s emergency department for treatment but sadly, in spite of life-saving efforts, Chastain died around 8:58 p.m.

The crash remains under investigation.
