San Diego, CA – Semi-Tractor Trailer Hits Pedestrian on Paseo De Las Americas and Siempre Viva Road

San Diego, CA (February 13, 2019) On the 12^th of February, a pedestrian accident occurred at the intersection of Paseo De Las Americas and Siempre Viva Road at approximately 8:09 a.m. According to the reports, a blue semi-tractor trailer struck a pedestrian at the Otay Mesa scales.

Unfortunately, the truck driver proceeded to drive off without tending to the injured pedestrian. Emergency crews arrived and provided necessary care to the injured victim. Officials are currently looking for the driver responsible and described the truck as having a blue cab and white box trailer with an unknown name on its side.

Officers request any information leading to the arrest of the driver be brought to the attention of the San Diego Police Department
