San Francisco, CA – Fatal Pedestrian Accident on US Highway 101 near Alemany Street

San Francisco, CA (February 3, 2019) – A fatal pedestrian accident took place on US Highway 101 near Alemany Street this morning around 2:33 a.m. The pedestrian has not yet been identified by police.

When police arrived at the scene of the accident, they pronounced the pedestrian deceased. The name of the victim will be released pending notification of family.

Police believe that the pedestrian might have been crossing the street at the time when he was suddenly struck by a vehicle but they have not confirmed this. The crash is still under investigation at this time.
