Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accidents
Unfortunately, thousands of pedestrians lose their lives every year in hit-and-run accidents for a variety of reasons. Whenever these types of accidents occur overnight, it’s usually due to drivers being under the influence while they try to operate a vehicle. Being that they’re under the influence, they’re more liable to drive off instead of help injured victims at a scene.
Once the police find the driver responsible, Urueta’s family could file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of a California wrongful death lawsuit.
