Pedestrian Accidents in California
Distracted drivers are often the cause of pedestrian accidents. In the state of California, all drivers must yield to pedestrians in all situations. However, many drivers are accustomed to focusing on other vehicles. This can lead to an accident with a pedestrian. Adding to this problem are those who turn their attention to their phones or have their ability to pay attention weakened with drugs or alcohol. These negligent drivers endanger themselves and others.
The attorneys at Brady Law Group believe that pedestrians should never have to take a financial hit because of accidents caused by drivers. We have been securing settlements for thousands of injured pedestrians for over twenty years. For a free consultation, call 866-478-6483.
