Ventura, CA- Pedestrian Killed at Telephone Rd. and Victoria Ave
Ventura, CA (March 25, 2019)- A fatal pedestrian crash took place at approximately 1:25 am Sunday near Victoria Avenue and Telephone Road in Ventura.
The Ventura City Fire Department and paramedics attended to a 54-year-old female pedestrian after she was found with severe injuries due to the crash. She died soon after medical personnel brought her to the Ventura County Medical Center.
The victim’s name has not been released, as next of kin have not yet been notified.
The driver of the car involved in the crash remained at the scene following the accident and cooperated with authorities, police stated.
The crash is currently under investigation.
