Walnut Creek, CA – Pedestrian Killed In Crash On Interstate Highway 680 Near Treat Blvd. Off-Ramp

Walnut Creek, CA (June 22, 2019) – A pedestrian accident occurred on June 22 at about 12:59 a.m., that took the life of one person.

California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of this fatal accident.  According to CHP officers, the crash occurred early Saturday morning on northbound Interstate Highway 680, just south of the Treat Boulevard off-ramp.

Emergency responders were called to the scene to render aid the injured pedestrian. The injured party was transported to a local hospital for treatment and further evaluation. Sadly, the victim did not survive their injuries from this accident.
