Pedestrian Accidents in California
In 2018, about 250 more pedestrian fatalities occurred in California than the year prior. Most pedestrian accidents happen when drivers are rushing to their destinations and not fully paying attention to the road. When drivers strike pedestrians in the morning, they’re usually on their way to work and may be driving aggressively to avoid being late. No matter the circumstances, all drivers are required to remain aware of pedestrians at all times, even if drivers have the right of way.
At Brady Law Group, we represent injured pedestrians who were seriously harmed as a result of negligent driving. We have spent years successfully helping our clients win their cases and receive thousands of dollars-worth of settlement funds.
