Injuries From Defective Tires

There are a variety of injuries that may result from a motor vehicle accident.  Vehicle accidents caused by defectively designed or manufactured tires can often lead to catastrophic personal injuries.  Depending on the type of vehicle involved and the circumstances of the accident, these injuries can include severe burns, neck and back injuries, spinal cord injuries, head injuries, brain injuries, and many more.  If the tire defect causes the vehicle to rollover, as discussed above, the risk of spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries increases dramatically.
